Warning : It may be a carcinogen.

Comment : Non-caloric sweetener 200 times sweeter than sugar. Used in confections, frozen desserts, confectionery, dairy products, medicines, cosmetics, mouthwash, and especially in beverages. CSPI (Center for Science in the Public Interest) includes artificial sweeteners - aspartame, saccharin and acesulfame K in its list of "Ten Worst supplements." They cause tumors in experimental animals and increases the risk of cancer development in humans.

Warning : Can cause allergic reactions.

Comment : Artificial sweetener with many side effects. Some people are allergic to it, the most common side effect with their migraine pain.

Comment : Hardly degraded by digestive enzymes. Used in cakes, candies, dried fruit, low calorie foods. In high doses laxative effect.

Comment : It is found in raspberries, plums, lettuce and more. In industrial scale is obtained from wood. Has a diuretic effect and causes the formation of kidney stones. Used in low-calorie food, low carb cakes, ice cream and sweets.

Comment : Prepared from soybean, egg yolk, peanut, corn, or animal sources. It is not toxic, but in high doses may lead to gastric disturbances, appetite suppression, and diaphoresis. Used to support the fats in margarine and also in chocolate, mayonnaise, milk.

Comment : Mineral salt that is found in rocks and bones. Used as an antacid and polishing tooth enamel.
